A New High School on Kilmer Road

As Mayor, Sam Joshi will address the overcrowding crisis in Edison public schools. Joshi would build a new high school off of Kilmer Rd. The 670,000 sq ft campus, 200,000 sq ft two-story school would be paid through three commercial Payments In Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) programs that directly pay the long term school bond. The plan would take 2.5 years to complete and would not increase property taxes.
